We collect contact emails, approximate geographic location for animal report routing, and optional shelter/vet registration numbers. Animal records (chip numbers, breed, medical history) are attached to the animal identifier, not personal advertising profiles.
2. How Information Is Used
Your data is strictly utilized to process adoption inquiries, coordinate volunteer transportation, authenticate verified shelter credentials, and prevent fraudulent duplicate pet listings.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request full export or deletion of your account and communications at any time. When an animal record is transferred to an adopter, clinical history remains attached to the animal microchip ledger.
